If you are a professional floor refinisher or if you rent out floor sanders to Do It Yourselfers, sooner or later you need to replace the hook face plate on your 12" X 18" sander. If the plastic hooks get sanded off, the non woven pad will slip, and the abrasives sheets will not sand. Our black plastic plate has hook on one side, and a very strong adhesive on the other.
