Flap Wheels
These resin bond, Aluminum Oxide cloth backed flap wheels are excellent for removing paint and rust or sanding irregular shaped surfaces. Up to 3" Diameter are mounted on a 1/4" shank to attatch to your rotary tool. 6", 8" and 10" diameter are unmounted wheels and have a 1" diameter arbor. We sell flanges to reduce the arbor to 3/4", 5/8" or 1/2" for $2.50/set.

Non-woven Flap Wheels
These Non-woven nylon flap wheels work great for deburring. ABRASOTEX™ wheels are interleavened flaps of nylon non-woven and cloth sandpaper, which is great for deburring. Up to 3" Diameter are mounted on a 1/4" shank to attatch to your rotary tool.

These Aluminum Oxide Cloth Flap Wheels can be mounted on the rotating shaft of your benchmotor. The 1 3/4" long flaps are slit every 1/4" providing hundreds of abrasive fingers suitable for both stock removal and deburring of wood and metal. Similar to a Contour Flap wheel but shorter strips and more aggressive.
